Feb 2022 - I’m not one of those people who like to travel alone. I like to share my experiences with someone else. However, I don’t underestimate the difficulties of being with someone else for 24 hours a day.

Oct 2021 – Rose wrote a piece about being in minority at LoveJam Festival in Cambridgeshire.

Jan 2021 – Rose spent the lockdowns in N Wales with her partner, Asanga. She experienced a conversion to mountains after long being a coastal woman.

June 2017 – she answered the Q & A, which she created! It’s very much a barometer of an era. She was 64.

April 2016 – she wrote a piece about how she healed her relationship with her mother and the ancestral walks, they used take up to the bleach mill where her great great grandfather had worked. April 2021 - an essay and two poems for the New Welsh Review on the rich cultural heritage of the area of N Wales where her partner lives. And how walking up a track saved her during lockdown.

April 2002 - a piece for the Observer on the pansexuality revolution. Rose used to write about relationship issues for the Observer.

1992 - as a travel writer for the Independent, Rose took her partner and young son to a Naturist Resort in the South of France.

Also in 1992 - Rose did her first Ashtanga yoga session at 39. It was a revelation. Also part of her travel series for the Independent.

Time Out, The Face, the Evening Standard – Rose used to love writing about eccentrics, tricksters, bohos, artists and performance artists for all of them.

In 1994, she wrote about Spanish Performance artist, Albert Vidal in Time Out. I found it difficult to get an erection in front of the public, he told her about his porn show in Madrid where he was doing research.

And the rock stars, singers, musicians.

In 1995, she interviewed Joan Baez.

In 1985, she interviewed Frankie Goes To Hollywood for Sounds music paper.
